Refund policy

Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back — no questions asked, no form to fill in, no reason required. You do not have to justify it, and asking does not cost you anything else: nothing you exported while licensed is taken away or invalidated.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt, or write to hello@erddocs.com from the address you bought with. One line is enough. Refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for the sale, so the money returns by the same route it arrived — typically within a few business days, depending on your bank. You can also raise it with Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.

What happens to the license

A refunded license key is no longer licensed for use, and we ask you to stop using it. It is worth being straight about the mechanics: the key is verified inside your browser so that unlocking works offline and without an account, which means we cannot reach into your machine and switch it off. The honesty of that arrangement runs both ways, and it is the same reason the refund itself needs no proof from you.

After the 14 days

Write anyway. If the tool broke, misread a schema you needed, or turned out not to be what the landing page promised, we would rather refund you than keep $9 and an unhappy reader. What we will decline is a refund requested repeatedly on new orders, or one where the purchase was fraudulent.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds to consumer rights; it does not replace them. Buyers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, which Paddle honors as merchant of record under its buyer terms. Where local law gives you longer or better, local law wins.
